本試劑盒僅供科研使用，定量檢測細(xì)胞液、體液、組織、血清、血漿等標(biāo)本中大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）含量。
大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）elisa試劑盒原理:
采用雙抗體夾心法測定大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）水 平。用純化的大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）抗體包被微孔板，制成固相載體，實驗時依次在微孔板中加入樣本及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品，并加入HRP標(biāo)記的抗體，形成抗體-抗原-酶標(biāo)抗體復(fù)合物，反復(fù)洗滌后加底物TMB顯色。TMB在過氧化物酶的催化下轉(zhuǎn)化為藍色，再用硫酸終止反應(yīng)，轉(zhuǎn)變成黃色。顏色的深淺和樣品中的大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）含量呈正相關(guān)。采用酶標(biāo)儀在450nm波長測定吸光度（OD值），根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線，計算測試樣品中大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）濃度。
大鼠上皮中性粒細(xì)胞活化肽78（ENA-78）elisa試劑盒數(shù)據(jù)計算：
以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物的濃度為橫坐標(biāo)，OD值為縱坐標(biāo)，在坐標(biāo)紙上繪出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線，根據(jù)樣品的OD值由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線查出相應(yīng)的濃度；或用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物的濃度與OD值計算出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的直線回歸方程式，將樣品的OD值代入方程式，計算出樣品濃度，即為樣品的實際濃度。
