三、性能及特點(diǎn)

1、采用技術(shù)，試驗(yàn)彈自動(dòng)水平往復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)振蕩， 20秒鐘旋轉(zhuǎn)320°再反方向20秒鐘旋轉(zhuǎn)320°，振蕩強(qiáng)度絕不低于人工振蕩，大大減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

2、采用進(jìn)口數(shù)顯溫控儀自動(dòng)控溫，控溫精度高，操作簡(jiǎn)便，壽命長(zhǎng)。

3、采用壓力傳感器測(cè)量壓力，用數(shù)顯表直接顯示壓力值，無須換算。

4、試驗(yàn)彈及接頭均經(jīng)過高壓試驗(yàn)，符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，保證儀器安全可靠。

5、水浴槽與試驗(yàn)彈均采用不銹鋼材料制成，防銹性能好。采用進(jìn)口快速接頭連接儀器與試驗(yàn)彈，操作輕松方便。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics

1. Adopting foreign advanced technology, the test projectile will automatically reciprocate and rotate horizontally, rotating 320° for 20 seconds and then rotate 320° in the opposite direction for 20 seconds. The oscillation intensity is no less than the artificial oscillation, which greatly reduces the labor intensity.

2. Adopt imported digital display temperature controller to automatically control temperature with high precision, easy operation and long service life.

3. Use pressure sensor to measure pressure, and use digital display table to directly display pressure value without conversion.

4. The test projectile and joint have been tested under high pressure and meet the standard requirements to ensure the safety and reliability of the instrument.

5. Water bath and test bomb are made of stainless steel, with good rust resistance. Adopt imported quick joint to connect instrument and test bomb, easy and convenient to operate.

6. The instrument is equipped with two upper Chambers, two 33. 33% lower Chambers and two 20% lower Chambers for parallel test of samples on the instrument.
